Jessica is a former professional consultant in education, private and government sectors for 15+ years. She became the go to in change management strategy in the corporate world through her ideas and action steps to solve the issues laid in front of her. She became passionate about helping other goal getters to work through the guilt and grief of “survivor’s remorse” that comes with self improvement through personal development and coaching after hearing countless stories of individuals who had the same struggle she had learned to grow through, not go through. She found herself coaching others through the pruning process of removing people from their life (and team) who are not headed in the same direction to limit the damage caused by keeping the wrong people around, grieving the loss of relationships and creating the new connections meant to propel life forward.
